Our company is located in Ningbo Yinzhou Hengxi Industrial Park. It has a history of 15 years’ professional production of fasteners and machined parts with annual production capacity of 18,000 tons and registered trademark “JPS”.
Our company has successively registered and set up Ningbo Jinpeng High Strength Fastener Co., Ltd (domestic sales), Ningbo Haobo Commerce Co., Ltd (overseas sales) and Ningbo Ruier Auto Parts Co., Ltd (automobile market) , respectively corresponding to different customer market.

　　Moved into the current plant in early 2005,   the company covers an area of 65,000 square meters, including production construction area of 45,000 square meters. After years of continuous efforts, the company has formed production process from reform of raw material, mould making, production, heat treatment and surface treatment to packaging.

　　At present, the main products include standard, non-standard fasteners, automotive fasteners and machined parts such as internal and external hexagonal bolts, flange bolts and nuts. The products have standards: GB, Q Standard of Automobile, ISO, DIN, ANSI and JIS etc; diameters: M6～M72；grades: 6.8、8.8、10.9 and 12.9, and surface treatment: blackening, zinc plating (environmental protection), mechanical plating and hot zinc plating etc. Besides making matching products for domestic famous enterprises in industries of automobile, engineering machinery, agricultural machinery and electric power, we exported products to countries and regions in EU, America and Canada etc.

　　With the vigorous development of China’s automobile industry, it has brought great business opportunities for automotive fasteners manufacturers, especially for automotive important fasteners manufacturers. In order to make the enterprise bigger and stronger, the company seized the opportunity and met the challenge; purchased more than 60 mu of land in Ningbo Yinzhou Binhai Investment Center in 2007, established Ningbo Ruier Auto Parts Co., Ltd in 2008, and purchased over 70 million Yuan advanced and precision production equipments and testing equipments at home and abroad to develop and produce automotive important fasteners. The company plans to develop one of main production bases of China’s automotive fasteners and become China’s famous automotive fasteners manufactures. The new plant will be formally put into operation in June 2010, has passed certification audit TS/16949 and plans to pass ISO14000 green environmental certification in 2010.
